Thank you and your staff for taking care of Buffy. Buffy has been in pain for years. We have been to several veterinarians in the past and all they could suggest was pain medication that left Buffy acting sleepy and lethargic. It wasn’t working. When you treated Buffy with acupuncture she improved dramatically that same day! Since receiving additional treatments, she has continued to improve and is running and playing again. Thank you so much for your kindness and wonderful care.

I felt like I was taking my dog to a doggie spa. The clinic is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. When I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by Claudia, who was equally friendly in person as she was on the phone when I first made the appointment for Kate. After Kate was checked into the clinic, I waited no longer than 10 minutes before I was greeted by another friendly staff member and taken into an examination room. She took a very complete history and wrote down all of my concerns. I was really impressed by the little details that helped make Kate’s visit more comforting.
Dr. Jenkins gently examined Kate and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed. He explained the results of the exam to me and discussed a plan for treatment. He gave me suggestions and recommended some new products. I felt he explained the pros and cons of all my options and then I had the final say on what treatment was best for Kate. I never felt judged or pressured. They made everything easy for Kate and kept her calm and comfortable. This clinic is close to where I live, but I was so impressed that I would drive clear across town to take Kate to them! Thank you for making my first experience with your clinic so flawless and great!
We are writing to let you know how much we appreciate the care you and your staff have given our dog, Max. Max has been very sick for months with valley fever. The traditional treatment was not working, as Max’s case seems very severe. We appreciate that you took the time to research and consult with specialists. You have monitored Max carefully and developed a great, effective treatment.
We especially appreciate the way Dr. Jenkins takes to explain everything to us in depth. I realize it is difficult to telephone me at work and I am so grateful that Dr. Jenkins always returns my calls in the evenings. He takes the time to talk with me about my concerns and explains things so that I understand completely. Your staff is also great about calling me with lab results and provides me with information in a prompt manner.

Excellent staff and setting! I was anxious about having my little dog put under for a dental cleaning since she has had trouble with anesthesia in the past at other clinics.
Dr. Jenkins listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted Misty’s sedation accordingly. When I picked up Misty after her dental, she was perky and normal! I never would have guessed that she had undergone a procedure and her teeth looked great, too. As a physician and a neurotic pet parent, I am so grateful to have Dr. Jenkins and his wonderful staff.
